Stargate is a platform for organizing applications, account administration and records associated with users’ mobile devices. Its web workspace brings device records, an application catalog, purchasing activity and community messaging together.
The Problem
Managing applications across a community involves more than maintaining a catalog. The team also needs to work with device and account records, make application information available and keep users informed.
Stargate needed a shared administrative workspace for these connected tasks, with access controlled through user roles.

The platform brings account and device administration together with an application catalog. It supports adding applications to the service, reviewing application information and managing purchases associated with users’ devices.
User roles and permissions govern access to the workspace. Group text messaging supports communication with the community alongside the platform’s application-management workflows.
The Results
The catalog, device records and application-management tools form a connected workspace. Administrators can review the relevant records and communicate with recipients through the same platform, while users have a route to the applications and purchasing functions provided by the service.
